Can I work for Card Factory if I am under 16 years of age?
No, due to insurance reasons we are unable to employ anyone under the age of 16

How can I apply for a job?
Most of our vacancies will appear on our Work for Us page and you can complete an online application form, however should you wish to apply for a Sales Assistant position you can visit your local store directly and collect an application form.

Can you post or email me an application form?
No, all of our stores will stock application forms, should you wish to apply for any vacancies please ask a member of staff for one.

The job I want to apply for is not showing on the Work for Us page, what do I do?
If we are advertising for a New Store, you will need to search for the vacancy using the 4 digit reference number, as stated in the advertisement. If the vacancy is within an existing store you can search for this by ‘area’ if you do not have the reference number to hand.

Can I sell your product in my shop?
We only supply merchandise to our own stores and therefore do not sell wholesale products to other businesses

Do you have franchise stores?
All of our stores are operated by us and therefore we do not offer a franchise system.

I have a product or a service you may be interested in, how do I introduce my company?
If you are a company wishing to introduce yourselves to us please email enquires@cardfactory.eu.com with the details of what product or service you offer, this will then be forwarded to the relevant department who will contact you if they are interested.

I am enquiring about charity donations, does Card Factory donate to any charities?
For the last 3 years Card Factory has worked very closely with Macmillan Cancer Support.

Can I order products from your Internet site?
Our internet site is currently designed to provide our customers with information about our Company it does not contain an order facility , please visit your local store who will have the facility to order selected products

Can I order products direct from your Head Office or Warehouse?
Our warehouse only services our stores, please visit your local store who will have the facility to order selected products

I have seen a product in one of your stores and I wish to buy more stock than the store had in stock what can I do?
Please visit your local store. Our stores place product orders weekly and are able to order larger quantities on selected products if required.
