1. THE SERVICE: Card Factory will remind anyone who subscribes to the reminder service of any date listed one week before the event.
2. This service is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
3. Sign up for the service will be available from 27th February 2009
4. Individual reminder service accounts may take up to seven days to become active. Participants can enter dates into their account during this time, however they should not expect to receive reminders for any dates within the following 7 days.
5. Card Factory reserves the right to withdraw, alter or suspend this service for legal or technical reasons without any liability. Card Factory will notify withdrawal or suspension of a service by posting notice to that effect on its website as soon as reasonably possible.
6. To use the service internet access is required. All entrants must submit their details on the form at http://www.cardfactory.eu.com/reminder-service/
7. You are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions by signing up to the reminder service and submitting your personal details.
8. No purchase is necessary.
9. Proof of uploading or completing an entry does not constitute proof of receipt.
10. This service is operated under the laws of England. Card Factory does not accept responsibility for compliance with the laws of any other country.
