Card Factory Wins Prestigious Retail Award

On 13th July Card Factory was named 'The Best Specialist Multiple Retailer of Greeting Cards,' at the annual RETA's Greeting Cards Awards.

Retailers with a chain of greeting card shops of more than 25 branches could be nominated. Winning the category demonstrated that we had shown excellence in all areas across the retail spectrum over the last year. Such areas included: product range, product knowledge, staff training, customer care, marketing and promotion, window and product display as well as commitment to the greeting card sector.

Upon receiving the award, Chief Executive Richard Hayes, commented:
