Assistant Manager

If you’ve experience in a busy retail environment, this is your chance to take your career up a gear as you work closely alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service.

You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of your store’s operations: from cash handling, achieving targets and controlling stock to keeping your team well motivated.

So you certainly won’t get bored! In fact, no two days will ever be the same – but you’re the kind of person who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment. You must also enjoy working ‘hands-on’ and doing whatever needs to be done to keep your store running smoothly.

Some supervisory or assistant manager experience would be useful, but it’s not essential if you’ve the qualities we’re looking for.
