What makes a great store? A great team. And your role is to motivate and inspire that team, getting everyone working together to achieve shared goals. You'll certainly be kept busy - but that's the way you like it. In fact, you love leading from the front, getting stuck in and doing whatever's needed to keep your store running smoothly every minute of the day.

Customer service is key here, and you'll make sure eveyone who walks through the door enjoys a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. So you will need to be a terrific communicator who can get on well with all kinds of people.

Strong organisations skills are essential too, as well as a commercially focused approach and the tenacity to meet targets. Proven team leadership experience in a retail environment is also a must
