Jonny - Trainee Store Planner



Jonny joined Card Factory after studying Graphic Design at school, through our mentoring scheme he has received on the job training and is now a valued member of the team. Jonny is responsible for the designing of new store floor layout plans and is currently learning about building regulations.

Tracey - Area Manager



Tracey joined Card Factory as a Store Manager and approached the role with enthusiasm and a commitment to hit store targets as a team. She enjoys the variety of her role as no two days are the same and is very proud of how far the company has come in a short time and that she is a part of it. Tracey's flair for management saw her quickly progress to Area Manager, a role which she thoroughly enjoys.

Jill - Store Manager



Since Jill joined Card Factory, she has had a whirlwind journey. She loves the pace and the passion of the business and it's a job that has kept her on her toes. All the colleagues she has met, whether in head office, or in each store, have been friendly, helpful and supportive. Card Factory is growing so quickly she can see that there will be opportunities to further her career within the business.
