Your role will be to motivate and inspire the team that makes the store a success – helping them to work together to achieve their goals. You'll certainly be busy - but you’ll be leading from the front, getting stuck into everything that keeps the store running smoothly every day.
Customer service, along with a strong work ethic are key in this role and you’ll need to be a good communicator who gets on well with every kind of person.
Strong organisational and administration skills are essential too. As well as a commercially focused approach and the tenacity to meet targets, we’ll be looking for proven, retail leadership experience.
