Welcome to our brand new website. For over 10 years Card Factory has been selling greetings cards, gifts, plush items, novelties and gift wrap on the high street. We are excited that we are now able to sell our latest product ranges on our website. About Us

Card Factory opened the doors to its first store, in Wakefield, back in 1997. Since then we have grown rapidly and now have over 650 shops spread across the country. We go as far north as Inverness and as far south as Penzance. Please use the store locator to find the store closest to you!

In July 2010 we opened our 500th store in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and have plans to continue to open more shops in the UK in the years ahead. If you think we should have one in your town then please let us know by dropping us an e mail!

Delivery and Returns

When Will My Goods Be Delivered?

Orders are delivered by Royal mail and Parcelforce within 2 - 3 working days Monday - Friday (not including Bank Holidays, or quicker with our guaranteed next day delivery option. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address used on the account.

How to Order

Placing an order with Card Factory is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed online or by phone.)
